The Epochal Transition
(ISSN 3083-5178) is an interdisciplinary international academic monthly
journal employing a synchronized ten-language publication system. It
was independently founded, written, and edited by senior
interdisciplinary international independent scholar Jeffi Chao Hui Wu.
For broader conceptual frameworks, readers may also refer to the
Four-Network Civilization Matrix and the Multi-Dimensional Structural
Matrix created by the author.
The journal has been permanently archived through multiple
internationally recognized academic infrastructure networks, including
but not limited to: WorldCat, the world’s largest global library union
catalog system (with more than 16,000 member institutions, including
national and university libraries across over 100 countries and
regions); the National Library of Australia’s PANDORA / TROVE digital
preservation system; Zenodo operated by CERN (the European Organization
for Nuclear Research); OpenAIRE, the European Open Science
infrastructure; the global DataCite DOI digital object identification
system (covering more than 60 independent publications and documents);
and ORCID, the world’s permanent academic digital identity system.
Neither the author nor the journal is affiliated with any single
university, publishing house, or national academic title evaluation
system. Their publicly accessible records objectively demonstrate the
journal’s academic nature, archival status, and long-term preservation
capability.
